Sober Yoga is designed for individuals navigating substance and/or process addiction; those who are sober-curious are also welcome.
This class emphasizes the practice and education of central nervous system regulation, along with cultivating awareness of habitual mental patterns that often underlie stress, reactivity, and craving. Through movement, breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy, participants are guided inward to recognize tendencies of the mind and develop practical tools for responding rather than reacting. The practice supports recovery by strengthening self-regulation, emotional resilience, and embodied presence.
This class is donation-based. Participants are invited to give what they can in support of the class and its facilitation; those who are well-resourced may also consider contributing in support of the practice of others. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.

Bring your own mat and enjoy a class that will get you out of your head and into your body. Each class will incorporate breathwork and relaxation to support the physical exertion that comes with a middle ground practice. Come in and see what it is all about. Props are provided by Blue Heart Studio. Must be able to get on and off the ground unassisted.

Sunday seems to have a certain psychology to it-- feelings of not wanting to get up and GO! Perhaps ideas of sleeping in with a nice slow morning, without rushing out of the house. That’s why we offer Late Riser Yoga at 11 AM-- have your coffee and snuggle the fur babies and still make it in time to yoga class.
This class is a slow flow style. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and do what feels right. Class will consist of mindful movements, breathwork, and relaxation.
Must be able to get on/off the floor without assistance.
Bring your own mat. All other props are provided by Blue Heart Studio.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced, introspective style of yoga where poses (asanas) are held for longer periods of time. This practice minimizes muscle engagement and targets deeper connective tissues such as ligaments, tendons and fascia by allowing body weight and gravity to gently deepen the stretch over time. This practice encourages practitioners to cultivate awareness of sensations, subtle energy, thoughts, and emotions that may arise during the practice.
Beginners are welcome, practitioners must be able to get on and off the ground unassisted.
Bring your own mat.

The Song of Songs (Song of Solomon) is renowned for its vivid sensory
imagery that envelops listeners/readers in an experience of passionate,
evocative love.
Join us as we explore this ancient Biblical text, as it masterfully employs six
senses to draw us into its intimate world. The fusion of these senses makes the
poem a multisensory celebration of love—one that speaks to the fullness of
human experience by engaging sight, sound, taste, smell, touch and intuition.
Blending the contemplative practice of Lectio Divina with yogic practice, this class invites you to fully inhabit the language of love—both human and divine.
Through movement, breath, and stillness, we’ll awaken the body’s wisdom and allow the sacred text to come alive within.

Who or what is Sophia? What does Divine Wisdom feel like in the body?
Sophia Rising is a two-hour, embodied journey through movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation, woven with Scripture from the Wisdom of Solomon. The practice invites participants to explore Divine Wisdom not only as concept or text, but as a lived, somatic experience.
The class centers on a single scripture passage, read aloud four times, allowing the words to unfold across layers of mind, body, and spirit. Through intentional movement and deep, cleansing breath, the body softens into receptivity, attuning to the living presence of Sophia—Divine Wisdom—rising within.
This is a sacred and embodied inquiry into the feminine face of God.
Beginners are welcome; participants must be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance. Please bring a yoga mat.

6 Months of Cacao, Scripture & Somatic Breath
A collaboration between Nicole Coppi and Diana Dos Santos
New Moon Ceremonies (In-Person): Each month we gather in sacred circle to share cacao, listen deeply to scripture, and journey through breathwork. The new moon invites us to plant seeds of wisdom, healing, and renewal.
Full Moon Integration (Online): At the full moon, we connect virtually for community reflection, presence, and guided practices to integrate what is unfolding.
6 Ceremonies, 6 Moons, 1 Circle: Over six months, this series becomes a container of transformation — attuning to lunar rhythms, embodying the living word, and receiving the subtle medicine of Cacao.
The cacao ceremony offers a steady heart companion in this 6-month journey aligned with the moon cycles. Cacao walks with us as medicine of presence. Softening us into truth, connection, and deep listening. Cacao becomes both gentle and strong, a bridge between prayer, laughter, tenderness, and renewal.
This path is not only about ceremony, but about cultivating a living rhythm with cacao as an ally in our journey—anchoring us in love, resilience, and sacred responsibility.

Mobility Flow is a fluid, all-levels class designed to increase joint mobility, functional range of motion, and strength through mindful, intentional movement. This practice blends yoga postures, functional movement, pilates, and strength work to support healthy shoulders, hips, spine, knees, and ankles.
Expect deliberate sequences that emphasize stability through alignment and activation, coordination, stretching, and core strength. Rather than pushing into flexibility, Mobility Flow focuses on moving well—building resilience, reducing stiffness, and improving how your body feels in everyday life.
This class is ideal for athletes, yoga practitioners, Pilates lovers, and anyone seeking to move with more ease, control, and confidence.
Must be able to get off of the ground without assistance, bring your own mat, props provided.

Power and peace is the perfect balance of strength and serenity. This dynamic session begins with an invigorating flow that builds strength, endurance, and flexibility through sun salutations, standing sequence, and balance poses. Variations of poses will be offered to accommodate for injury or range of motion issues.
The class then transitions into a peaceful, restorative practice where we slow down to release tension and foster deep relaxation and mental ease. Combining these two aspects of practice promotes relaxation and increases quality of sleep.
This class is recommended for experienced yoga practitioners who have a familiarity with yoga asana. Six months of consistent yoga experience is encouraged.
Bring your own mat, all other props provided by Blue Heart Studio.
You must be able to get on and off the floor without assistance.

Curriculum snapshot:
--Nervous System Basics
Understand stress and regulation through a practical lens of polyvagal theory, so you can make sense of what happens in the body during high-pressure moments.
--Somatic Practices
Learn short, accessible body-based tools you can use anywhere — in a hospital corridor, a classroom, or between client meetings — to restore balance and reset.
--Trauma-Informed Approach
Gain frameworks to meet people with dignity and safety, so you can create spaces that are supportive, grounded, and responsive to trauma.
--Collective Care
Explore how somatic literacy can ripple out into teams, organizations, and communities — creating cultures of care rather than cycles of burnout.
These aren’t abstract theories — they’re practical skills you can integrate into your role right away.
No background in somatics needed. You just need a willingness to explore simple, body-based tools that make caring for others more sustainable and caring for yourself more possible.
This training would be good for:
Maybe you’re a social worker trying to balance endless caseloads while still showing up fully for each person.
Or a teacher navigating classrooms filled with stress, energy, and emotions that don’t switch off at the bell.
Perhaps you’re a nurse, counsellor, or healthcare worker, giving your all in systems that often give very little back.
Or a community worker/NGO staff member supporting people through crisis, grief, or transition.
You might also be a wellness professional who teaches yoga, breathwork, is a body worker, or alternative medicine specialist who is looking to more sustainably support those you are walking alongside through your offerings.

Peace + Power is a balanced yoga practice that combines slow, introspective stillness with dynamic, strength-building movement. The class integrates Yin Yoga and Power Yoga, offering both deep release and flowing muscular engagement within a single practice.
The Yin Yoga portion is slow-paced and introspective, with postures (asanas) held for longer periods of time. This portion minimizes muscle engagement and targets deeper connective tissues such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia by allowing body weight and gravity to gently deepen the stretch over time. The longer holds encourage awareness of physical sensations, subtle energy, thoughts, and emotions that may arise during the practice.
The Power Yoga portion is active and energizing, emphasizing strength, stability, and mindful movement through continuous, breath-led sequences. This portion builds heat, supports cardiovascular health, and develops functional strength.
This class is designed to support both effort and ease, cultivating strength while creating space for stillness and reflection.
Beginners are welcome. Practitioners must be able to get on and off the ground unassisted. Please bring your own mat.

Partner Flow is a lighthearted and accessible yoga class centered on movement, connection, and shared experience. Bring a partner—significant other, close friend, or chosen family—or come solo and be paired with someone new.
This practice focuses on simple partner asanas that use touch, counterbalance, and synchronized breath to build connection, presence, and awareness. The postures are intentionally uncomplicated, allowing attention to rest on communication, listening, and mutual support rather than physical intensity. Expect moments of ease, curiosity, and maybe a little laughter along the way.
Human connection is deeply healing. Practicing alongside another offers the nervous system a sense of safety, co-regulation, and grounded belonging. Partner Flow creates space to experience yoga not only as an individual practice, but as a shared one.
No acrobatics, no pressure—just moving together.
No prior partner yoga experience required. All levels welcome.
Bring a yoga mat and an openness to connect.

Restorative Yoga is a quiet, spacious practice that invites the body to rest, settle, and be held. Through gentle, fully supported postures, the nervous system is given permission to slow down, and the body can release effort without needing to fix, stretch, or achieve. This is a practice of allowing—of meeting the body where it is and letting rest do the work.
Poses are held for longer periods of time, encouraging the shift from sympathetic activation into parasympathetic response. With the body safely cradled by props, attention can move inward toward breath, sensation, and subtle awareness, supporting stress reduction and nervous system resilience.
This practice is well-suited for anyone seeking rest, recovery, or relief from mental and physical fatigue. No prior yoga experience is necessary, and all bodies are welcome.
Bring a yoga mat. Props will be provided.
