Late Riser Yoga

Sunday seems to have a certain psychology to it. Feelings of not really wanting to get up and GO! Ideas of sleeping in, slow morning activities, and no rushing to go anywhere or do anything consume our minds. That’s why we at Blue Heart Studio offer Late Riser Yoga at 11 AM. Have your coffee and brunch and still make it to yoga class. This class is a slow flow style of yoga. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and do what feels right. Class will consist of mindful movements, breathwork, and relaxation. Must be able to get on/off the floor without assistance. Bring your own mat. All other props are provided by Blue Heart Studio.
