
Sunday seems to have a certain psychology to it-- feelings of not wanting to get up and GO! Perhaps ideas of sleeping in with a nice slow morning, without rushing out of the house. That’s why we offer Late Riser Yoga at 11 AM-- have your coffee and snuggle the fur babies and still make it in time to yoga class.
This class is a slow flow style. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and do what feels right. Class will consist of mindful movements, breathwork, and relaxation.
Must be able to get on/off the floor without assistance.
Bring your own mat. All other props are provided by Blue Heart Studio.
