Sober Yoga is designed for individuals navigating substance and/or process addiction; those who are sober-curious are also welcome.
This class emphasizes the practice and education of central nervous system regulation, along with cultivating awareness of habitual mental patterns that often underlie stress, reactivity, and craving. Through movement, breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy, participants are guided inward to recognize tendencies of the mind and develop practical tools for responding rather than reacting. The practice supports recovery by strengthening self-regulation, emotional resilience, and embodied presence.
This class is donation-based. Participants are invited to give what they can in support of the class and its facilitation; those who are well-resourced may also consider contributing in support of the practice of others. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
