
Partner Flow is a lighthearted and accessible yoga class centered on movement, connection, and shared experience. Bring a partner—significant other, close friend, or chosen family—or come solo and be paired with someone new.
This practice focuses on simple partner asanas that use touch, counterbalance, and synchronized breath to build connection, presence, and awareness. The postures are intentionally uncomplicated, allowing attention to rest on communication, listening, and mutual support rather than physical intensity. Expect moments of ease, curiosity, and maybe a little laughter along the way.
Human connection is deeply healing. Practicing alongside another offers the nervous system a sense of safety, co-regulation, and grounded belonging. Partner Flow creates space to experience yoga not only as an individual practice, but as a shared one.
