Mobility Flow

Mobility Flow is a fluid, all-levels class designed to increase joint mobility, functional range of motion, and strength through mindful, intentional movement. This practice blends yoga postures, functional movement, pilates, and strength work to support healthy shoulders, hips, spine, knees, and ankles.

Expect deliberate sequences that emphasize stability through alignment and activation, coordination, stretching, and core strength. Rather than pushing into flexibility, Mobility Flow focuses on moving well—building resilience, reducing stiffness, and improving how your body feels in everyday life.

This class is ideal for athletes, yoga practitioners, Pilates lovers, and anyone seeking to move with more ease, control, and confidence.

Must be able to get off of the ground without assistance, bring your own mat, props provided.
