Sophia Rising is a two-hour journey through movement, somatic breathwork, and guided relaxation woven with the living word of Scripture from the Wisdom of Solomon.

This class centers around one scripture passage, read aloud four times, allowing the words to unfold across layers of the mind, body, and spirit. Through intentional movement and deep, cleansing breath, we soften into receptivity and attune to the ceaseless radiance of Sophia– Divine Wisdom, rising within.
