Bio: 
Guided by over 25 years of practice and teaching, Gia bridges the worlds of yoga, somatic exploration, and spiritual psychology. Her journey began with a deep calling after only her fifth yoga class, leading her into a five-year immersive apprenticeship and hundreds of hours studying directly with her teacher.
