Join Ashley Ludwick for Breathe in Calm, a restorative, breath-centered yoga workshop designed for all levels, where you'll explore soothing yoga postures, self-massage techniques, and powerful breathing exercises to melt away tension and restore your energy.
In this unique, all-levels class, you'll be guided through a series of gentle, restorative yoga poses that are supported with props to encourage deep relaxation. These poses are designed to open the body in a way that feels both nourishing and healing. We will also be exploring self-massage tools to connect with your body on a deeper level, leaving you feeling rejuvenated.
Most importantly, you'll be introduced to simple and effective pranayama (breathing exercises). Learn how to slow down your breath, tap into your parasympathetic nervous system, and find a moment of mental clarity. These mindful techniques will not only relax your body but also help quiet your mind and reduce stress, leaving you with a sense of calm and balance.

No prior yoga experience necessary. Must be able to get on and off of the ground without assistance. Bring a yoga mat. We’ll provide all the props and self-massage tools you need to fully relax and recharge.
