
Step into the season of Advent—the sacred time of anticipation before Christmas—with a five-week yoga journey that weaves together Christian scripture, embodied movement, and contemplative meditation.
Each Monday evening, you’ll be guided through the themes of Watchfulness, Peace, Hope, Joy, and Love, preparing body and spirit to receive the light of Christ within your own heart. Through gentle breathwork, accessible postures, and restorative practices, these 75-minute sessions create a spacious, welcoming environment for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
Come as you are. Allow the practice to slow you down, deepen your spiritual journey, and rekindle a resilient hope that will carry you into the New Year.
Bring your own yoga mat. Participants must be able to get up off of the floor unassisted.
