Our curriculum fuses ancient wisdom with contemporary insights, equipping future teachers to adeptly guide students from all walks of life across diverse settings. Throughout this comprehensive training, you will delve into the realms of functional anatomy, kinesiology, yogic philosophy, and the rich tapestry of yoga's historical evolution. You’ll also learn and practice essential teaching skills, including sequencing and class planning.​

We have designed this curriculum based on the standards of Yoga Alliance, inspired by multiple styles of yoga and wellness practices, and draw the most inspiration from the Krishnamacharya yoga lineages, specifically Viniyoga. Throughout this training, you’ll be invited to experience practices on and off the mat that can enhance your personal practice and support you as you transform from student to teacher. We are fervent advocates of accessibility and adaptability, firmly believing that yoga's transformative potential is universal and open to all. By joining our training, you'll find empowerment within your own practice, uncovering yoga tools and techniques tailored to your unique journey, while mastering the art of imparting these potent practices to others.
