The turn of the new year is often accompanied by resolutions and intentions for change. To create change in the outer world, our inner thoughts/chatter must first change. The key to changing the inner dialogue is through awareness, self-inquiry, mindfulness (practice) and acceptance.
Join Ashley Ludwick for a yogic philosophy workshop on the 5 Kleshas and discover how our mental afflictions cause suffering and prevent the realization of our true nature. These obstacles are the root causes of negative thoughts and actions, and learning practices to understand and overcome them can lead to greater self-awareness, peace, and control over one's internal dialogue.
Gentle yoga moves will be included in the class to prepare the body for discourse and conversation.
Join Ashley Ludwick Saturday, January 18th, 12:30-2:30 PM and begin the journey into settling negative thinking and calming mental chatter.
