Yoga for Integration is aimed at bringing together the various aspects of ourselves that experience life– physical, mental, emotional, energetic/spiritual– into a unified whole. The ultimate goal is for students to arrive with an intention or inquiry to bring into their practice, to then leave the class with insight and/or an action to take in their waking life to assist in living a centered and balanced life.
The class will include breathwork and postures (asana); which may be a combination of standing, balance, and seated poses. The heart of the practice will be a guided yoga nidra resting meditation to close the session. This is an all-levels class: you must be able to get up and down off the mat without assistance. Bring your own yoga mat.
