Strong Flow

Strong flow yoga is a dynamic and vigorous practice that emphasizes continuous movement, strength-building, balance, and ease through breath. The class will include sun salutations, a strong standing sequence, followed by deeper stretching postures, and guided relaxation. Variations of poses will be offered to accommodate for injury or range of motion issues.

This class is welcome to yogis who have a basic familiarity with yoga asana, a 6 month minimum consistent yoga practice experience is encouraged.

Bring your own mat, all other props provided by Blue Heart.
